We ship worldwide to most countries! Currently, we’re unable to deliver to certain Asian countries and remote islands. Check our shipping restrictions section below for details.

- Express Shipping (10-15 business days): $12.95 worldwide via DHL/FedEx with tracking and insurance
- Free Standard Shipping (15-25 business days): Free on orders over $50 via EMS with eco-friendly packaging
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bikini leaves our studio. Use this to follow your package’s journey from Long Beach to your doorstep!
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Currently, we cannot ship to:

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your Muse bikini! You may return unworn items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please use the included return form and original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Simply follow our return process and place a new order for your preferred size. For fastest service, we recommend ordering the new size while processing your return – we’ll refund the original purchase once received.
What if my bikini arrives damaged?
Oh no! We carefully inspect every piece before shipping, but if there’s an issue, please email photos to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
