At The Muse Bikinis Shop, we want you to love your beachside look as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return items within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed bikinis with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bralette bikini tops or crop tops that have been tried on without protective undergarments.
Important: Swimwear is intimate apparel, so please try on over your own undergarments. All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely and ship to: The Muse Bikinis Shop Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference; if lower, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), the return process is the same, but please note:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
- Return shipping costs may be higher for international shipments
- Processing times may be slightly longer
Final Sale Items
All sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
