Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) via two convenient options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after processing)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after processing)

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

International Customers: Please note that customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Our Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your Muse bikini as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]”
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, securely package the item with original tags and packaging and send to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference; if lower, we’ll refund the difference.

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bralette bikini tops
  • Crop tops

that have been tried on without protective undergarments. All swimwear must be tried on over your own undergarments.

Final Sale Items: All sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international shipments
  • Processing times may be slightly longer
